known as "www.do1thing.us Took Kit", any components, any related media and printed materials, and any related "online" or electronic documentation.

TITLE
This Tool Kit is owned and copyrighted by www.do1thing.us. We remain the owner of all rights, titles and interests in the Tool Kit, Files, Pictures, Advertisements and Documentation. The Tool Kit is licensed and not sold. You acknowledge that you have only the limited, non-exclusive right to use and copy the Tool Kit as expressly stated in this license.

THINGS YOU MAY NOT DO
The Tool Kit, Files, Pictures, Advertisements, and Documentation, including help files and embedded text and graphics, are protected by United States copyright laws and international treaties. You must treat the Tool Kit, Files, Pictures, Advertisements, and Documentation like any other copyrighted material--for example a book. You agree to the following:

You may not:

• Modify or adapt the Tool Kit, Files, Pictures, Advertisements, and Documentation or merge it into another program
• Place the Tool Kit, Files, Pictures, Advertisements, and Documentation onto a server so that it is accessible via a pubic network such as the Internet
• Sublicense, rent, lease or lend any portion of the Tool Kit, Files, Pictures, Advertisements, and Documentation except as otherwise allowed under this license
• Remove or modify any copyright, trademark, patent or other proprietary notices that appear, in, on or with the Tool Kit, Files, Pictures, Advertisements, and Documentation
• Add any other images, logos, text, company names or any other modification to Tool Kit, Files, Pictures, Advertisements, and Documentation.

TERM:
This license is effective until terminated. You may terminate at any time by destroying all copies and versions of the Tool Kit, Files, Pictures, Advertisements and Documentation. Upon termination (by you or by us), you agree to destroy all copies of Tool Kit, Files, Pictures, Advertisements, and Documentation

NO WARRANTIES:
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Tool Kit and any support services are provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
